Castell dels Sorells
Brut
Xarel.lo, Macabeo, Parellada y Chardonnay. Alcohol 11.5º. Remaining sugar 12 g/l.Elegant nose with floral and fruit-bearing aromas where the apple and the banana tree stand out. In mouth it is fresh, with a creamy surrounding. The carbonichas been very well integrated and it has a balanced acidity. It has a fruit-bearing end with recollections to toasting due to its long upbringing.
Brut Nature
It has yellow transparent with gilded touches in the meniscus, of great quickness. It has high formation of long persistant foam. The bubble is thin and ascends constant and tireless forming a crown in the surface.Aromas of average intensity to white and beefy fruits like banana and peach, with notes of crust and certain floral incorporations from below. We notice in mouth a tickle of the carbonic that little by little leaves the different aromas and flavours. It is franc and balanced. The aftertaste is long and gives excellent sensations.
Brut Nature Rosé
Trepat. Alcohol 11,5º. Remaining sugar 0,3. It has one type of pink current colour grape only with purplishreflexes. Intense in nose with abundant aromas to red fresh mature fruit as the raspberry and the cranberry.It is nice in the step of the mouth with carbonic integrated good. It has a creamy, harmonic and very agreeable end with excellent acid balance.
Brut Nature Gran Reserva
Xarel.lo, Macabeo, Parellada y Chardonnay. Alcohol 11,5º. Remaining sugar 0,2 gr/l. It has a yellow straw colour with golden tonalities. Intense and elegant in nose where it highlights the fragrance of the mature fruit accompanied on thin aromas of upbringing of great complexity.In mouth it is nice in the assault but balanced fresh air and with good structure.
