Silencio de Valdiruela rosado.

Grape Variety: 50% Albillo (White) 50% Tinta del Pais (Red).
Tasting Notes: Strawberrypink shade providing intense colour, with salmon-pink tinge at the border. Plenty of glycerol legs around the glass. Powerful aromas, offering hints of pippin apples, white flowers and touches of menthol. On the palate, a gentle onset progressing to a touch of sharpness and very pleasant light edge, reinforcing the wine’s structure. Later wafts of rose and peach. Serving Temperature: 9 – 12 degrees C

Silencio de Valdiruela joven.

Vineyards in Gumiel de Mercado and La Aguilera.
Tasting Notes: Visually: Deep black cherryred in colour, with a high density and rubyred background. Bright, with plenty of legs around the glass. Bouquet: Clean, with strong suggestions of red and black soft fruits, particularly cherries, strawberries and blackberries, along with wafts of fennel. On the Palate: Warm and full-bodied, with wellbalanced tannins and a powerful aftertaste, predominantly of red fruit. Serving Temperature: 15 – 17 degrees C.

Silencio de Valdiruela roble.

Grape Variety: Tinta del Pais from our vineyards. Aged in American and French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes :Visually: Bright in appearance and deeply dark red in colour. Bouquet: A rich array of complex aromas with floral, balsamic and spicy notes. On the Palate: A silky, velvety onset that develops into fullness and depth, with hints of liquorice, truffle and vanilla. Serving Temperature: 16 – 18 degrees C

Silencio de Valdiruela crianza.

Grape Variety: Tinta del Pais. Grown in our vineyards in Gumiel de Mercado and La Aguilera. Ageing: One year in American and French oak barrels, dried out naturally and with differing degrees of toasting.
Tasting Notes: Visually: Clear, bright appearance. An intense shade of dark red, showing hints of a ruby cherry-red at the rim. Bouquet: well-defined and cleanly displaying the potency of fruit (strawberries, redcurrants and cranberries), blending perfectly with the subtle aromas provided by the wood (vanilla, coffee and cloves). On the Palate: A gentle, smooth onset with a lengthy finish, revealing touches of liquorice. Serving Temperature: 16 – 18 degrees C.

Silencio de Valdiruela reserva.

Grape Variety: Tinta del Pais. Aged for 36 months in barrel and bottle, using American and French oak dried out naturally and with differing degrees of toasting.
Tasting Notes: Cherry-red in colour, with medium to high density, and brick-red shades at the rim. Bouquet: Refi ned, harmonious, with immediate wafts of cherry, raisin and slate aromas, giving way to spicier hints of vanilla and cloves, arising from time spent in the barrel. On the Palate: An initial velvety sensation, preparing for smooth, lengthy, rounded tannins. A pleasant aftertaste that lingers, suggesting red fruits, coffee and vanilla. Serving Temperature: 16 – 18 degrees C
