MONASTRELLJOVEN PONSALET
Ponsalet: Young Wine. Harvested in October. Monastrell Grape. Alcohol Content 12'5% vol. Ideal Temperature Slightly chilled. Average intensity, cherry red with an ochre rim. Soft aromas, green fruit on the nose. Initially fast and easy on the palate, slightly acidic & easy drinking.

CS05: 10 month ageing process in casks. Collected in September. Cabernet Sauvignon Grape. Alcohol Content 13,5%vol. Ideal Temperature 15º. Deep red colour, average intensity transparent rings on rim. Honest and intense on the nose with hints of red fruits which blend in well.Initially dry in the mouth, well rounded, hints of red fruit.
TEMPRANILLO
TEMPRANILLO: 10 month ageing process in barrels. Collected in September. Tempranillo Grape . Alcohol Content 13% vol. Ideal Temperature 15º. Intense red colour with somewhat developed meniscus. Honest and intense on the nose with hints of red fruits which blend in well with the wood. Nicely balanced taste on the palate between the fruit, wood and its evolution.
75 ANYS
75 ANYS: Aged Wine. Harvested depending on Grape type -Monastrell, Tintorera and Shiraz. Alcohol Content 13'5%vol. Ideal Temperature 16º. Intense red colour with violet rims. Resinous nose from the Monastrell, greenness from the Tintorera and unctuosity from the Shiraz. Tasty, complex, structured, salty and bitter on the palate.
MIGJORN
MIGJORN : Aged Wine 12 months ageing in French oak casks, fermented in French oak cone. Harvested in September. Grapes Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot. Alcohol content 14% vol. Ideal Temperature 16ºC. TASTING NOTES High intensity. Dense cherry red with violet edge.Over-ripe fruit aromas well balanced with the scent of new wood & an interesting fresh touch. Round, “friand” & fresh with ripe tannins.
SELECCIÓ
SELECCIÓ : Reserva. Harvest depending on Grape type-Monastrell, Cabernet, Tempranillo, Pinot Noir. Alcohol Content 13%vol. Ideal Temperature 16º. Garnet red colour, with yellowish rims and lively shades.Delicate and intense aroma on the nose. Smooth on the mouth, complex mix of mint, resins, clean new wood.
