Louis de Vernier semi-dry

Macabeo 33%, Xarel.lo 33% and Parellada 33%. Remaining sugar 35 gr/l. Pale yellow, shiny with green reflections and good loosening of bubbles forming a well shaped crown. Gentle and aromatic. Fruity, fine and clean. Pleasant and soft. Sweet fruity tones. Well balanced and with a fine presence of carbonic in the mouth. Serve between 5ºC and 6ºC. The “flute” type cup is recommended. Ideal between meals, as an appetizer and especially suited for desserts. Due to its low acidity and softness it is also advisable for not excessively heavy meals.

Louis de Vernier brut

Macabeo 30%, Xarel.lo 30% and Parellada 40%. Remaining sugar 3 gr. per litre.Clean. Pale yellow with golden tones, Shiny.Clean with medium strength in the nose. Very fine and fruity. Well balanced in the mouth.Tasteful, with proper sweetness, very mild and fresh. Excellent with persistent loosening of bubbles.Serve between 5ºC and 6ºC. The “flute” type cup is recommended. Very pleasant as an aperitif. Especially suited for white meat and fish.

Louis de Vernier brut rosé

Monastrell 60% and Garnacha 40%. Remaining sugar: 3 gr. per litre. Shiny. Pale with pinky tones. Vertical loosening of fine bubbles with lasting crown. Lasting. Very fine and evolutionary as a result of its ageing in bottle. Very pleasant and mild with a fresh acidity. Fruity, complex and lasting in the nose. It should be served chilled, never icy, between 6ºC and 8Cº. The “flute” type cup is recommended. Very pleasant as an aperitif. Especially suited for red meat and game.

Louis de Vernier brut nature

Macabeo 30%, Xarel.lo 30% and Parellada 40%. Remaining sugar: max. 1 gr. per litre. Straw yellow with golden tones, shiny. Fine and plentiful bubble with vertical loosening and a well shaped crown. Pleasant. Fruity with feelings of a long ageing in bottle. Very pleasant and dry. Delicate in the mouth. Long clean finish. It should be served chilled, never iced, between 5ºC and 6ºC. The “flute” type cup is recommended. Ideal for all kinds of meat and fish.

Gran Vernier

Macabeo 35%, Xarel.lo 35% and Parellada 30%. Ageing 30 Months. Pale yellow with golden tones.  Fine and plentiful bubbles with an excellent loosening and a well-shaped crown. Clean and pleasant, very complex. Long lasting, powerful, with character. Mouth filling, tasty and dry. Well balanced as regards the body-acidity relation. It should be served chilled, never iced, between 5ºC and 6ºC.The “flute” type cup is recommended. This is a grand Cava suitable for all kinds of food and especially for celebrations.
